Grow Your Hair 1 Inch in 1 Week Doing Inversion Method

What is the Inversion Method?
The inversion method is a method in which you invert (reverse) your blood flow by doing a certain pose. Turning your head upside down, for example, is an inverting position. The idea that this method causes the hair to grow is the fact that more blood flows to the scalp when you do such a pose. More blood flow and circulation to the scalp equals growth stimulation!

Thing is, do you think that you can do this everyday, seven days a week, 4-5 minutes a day? Following a simple regimen like this can be turned into a mini challenge, and quite convenient for those who like challenges but at the same time don't really have the schedule to keep up with doing so.

Many people who have done this brief challenge report that this method does, indeed work. You can (on average) expect to gain 1 inch of hair in one week doing this on a daily basis for seven days.

What are the benefits of doing the Inversion Method?
  • Increased flow of blood to the scalp
  • Healthy hair growth
  • Faster hair growth!

What will you need to get started with the Inversion Method?
  • 4-5 minutes of your time
  • Seven days straight-worth of flexibility
  • 3 TBSP of oil of choice, heated (but not required)

What kind of pose should you do?
Any that is both safe and involves your blood flow to reverse (safely!). I myself do the inversion by lying on my bed and let my head dangle to let the blood rush. Or you can sit on a couch/chair and position yourself as if your we doing your toenails (but keep the head down).

What could limit the maximum potential of hair growth doing the IM
  • Excluding oil from the regimen
  • Not using natural/virgin/organic oils
  • Days skipped/inconstancy

What can increase the maximum potential?
  • Heating your oil
  • Continue beyond doing the regimen for seven days
  • Using natural/virgin/organic oils
  • Using Ayurvedic oils
  • Scalp massaging during your inversion
  • Incorporating other hair growth aids to the regimen

Things to keep in mind:
Not everything works the same way for folks. Please understand that what works for others may not work for you. No one is trying to scam you or sell anything to you. No one is forcing you to do this. I say this because whenever there is a miracle, there is skepticism afoot. If you feel woozy or dizzy from doing the inversion method, refrain from continuing and take a breather and a cold glass of water.
